Important Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for bonuses, the candidates must be hired as a direct result of the referral and must list your name as the referring source on their application. This is considered a formal referral.

Referral Payments

Payments will be made to the referring employee the next quarter following the 90 days of the newly hired employee’s start date. To receive the bonus payment, the referring employee must be an active KSC employee at the time the bonus payment is made and have listed the name of the employee that referred them on their application at time of hire.
